LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
The project consisted of the construction of a new three-story self-storage facility in the city of Los Angeles, totaling approximately 116,694 square feet of climate-controlled storage space utilizing masonry and load bearing metal stud construction on a former oil field site. Site improvements consist of grading and associated improvements including parking, landscaping, utility improvements across a total site area of 69,396 square feet (1.59 acres).
